The last Z3-Homecoming 2002 North Carolina Z3-A-Van

Day 1: Tues 8/28 Cindy & I are on our way out to hook up with Char and Terry at a rest stop on I-40 W. Once we got there, our mini-caravan was off West to the mountains. After stopping for lunch and gas and snacks.  We reached Deal's Gap.  Of course it rained most of the way there. So instead of driving the wet Gap, we headed to Topaco Resort to check-in. That photo to the right is mine and Char&Terry's rides at the resort.

Day 2: Wed 8/29 Well we wake up, get breakfast, though the food was not hot. We headed up to Crossroads of Time.  Char, Cindy, Terry and I window shopped the area. BTW, Cindy felt that the resort reminded her of "The Shinning" Hey did you hear something???? REDRUM, REDRUM, REDRUM! The following photos are from our stay at Deal's Gap. I was the leader for Char and Terry for their first time through the Dragon.  For the people who know my driving style, I did go through quite slower than normal.  Below is Cindy at one of the best views over the Tennesse River Valley.

The 3rd day we hooked up with the NorthEastern and the North Carolina Conveys to head to my good friend's new house -- BruceZ.

These next set of photos were taken downtown Spartenburg, during the HC02 Dinner.  The food was excellent the entertainment was wonderful and the fireworks were GREAT.  OVerall we all had a killer time.
